Mango & Port Chutney
A sweet and delicious flavour combination using plentiful Queensland mangoes.
Make it a meal with our quick dinner recipe:
- Slice a pocket into a chicken breast or fillet.
- Spoon a little Mango & Port Chutney into the pocket.
- Cook in your preferred method (baked, grilled, fried or dipped in egg & breadcrumbs for a schnitzel).
A perfect Sunday brunch:
- Toast your favourite bread.
- Top with Mango & Port chutney, and coarsely grated cheese.
- Pop under grill until brown.
